President & CEO
Claude leads the organization by setting strategy, overseeing operations, managing finances, building partnerships, and ensuring the company meets its goals while fostering a strong culture and high-performing team.
Before joining Spire Healthcare Management, he owned Physicians Choice Home Medical Supply, focusing on brand growth and community engagement.

Kimberly Parker
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Kim oversees all financial strategy, planning and reporting for Spire Healthcare Management, as well as administrative operations. She provides leadership to ensure financial stability and operational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Spire Healthcare Management, she was the Finance Manager for General Electric where she focused on budgeting, inventory, and corporate finance.

Alicia L. Wood
Assistant Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management
Alicia oversees insurance billing operations across Spire’s multiple entities. With five years of experience in the healthcare industry, she specializes in streamlining revenue cycle processes, improving reimbursement outcomes, and supporting compliance. Alicia is passionate about building efficient systems and empowering the Revenue Cycle team to deliver accurate, patient-centered results.

Bryan Colvin
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Bryan oversees all sales and marketing strategy, planning and reporting for Spire Healthcare Management as well as building partnerships and promoting growth. He provides leadership to ensure the company meets its goals through fostering a strong culture and high financial performance growth team.
Prior to joining Spire Healthcare Management, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for Delta Healthcare Management where he focused on leadership, growth, partnerships, and community engagement.
